The main house has 2 master suites with king size poster beds, Satellite TV’s and each has a full bathroom. One of the master suites has a very large bathroom, walk in shower with massage water jets and a Jacuzzi tub for relaxing. The second master suite can accommodate an entire family with a private loft that has 2 single beds.

A large open family room facing the lake with plasma TV, Direct TV and stone fireplace make this room an excellent room for gatherings or just relaxing. Plenty of comfortable seating in the spacious and contemporary dining area with its own coffee/wet bar, microwave and refrigerator will be a great place for hanging out and taking in the lake view while enjoying your evening dinners. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware, refrigerator, Jenn-Aire range, dishwasher, disposal and lots of counter space. The three bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom and have a queen, day bed with trundle and built in double/single bunk beds. It is a great place for the kids to have their own space.

A spacious detached guest house with a beautiful view of the lake is a vacation home of its own! Complete with a full kitchen, large bathroom, stone gas fireplace, foosball table, free standing bar and plasma satellite TV completes this perfect lake front vacation property. The upstairs private bedroom has 2 queen beds and a bunk bed with a double lower and single upper. A great hide away for kids and adults or even a complete family to enjoy.

The house is located in the South West Quad of Lake Gaston. This part of the lake is a bit less crowded and offers beautiful views of the lake, sunrise and sunset views. The boat house has deep water 12’ and a set of stairs leading into shallow water for smaller children. The dock also has two tie up’s for your boats and lot’s of deck space for sunning and swimming fun. The shore line in front of the house is natural rock with interesting almost mountain like features. Boating, swimming, sunning or floating in the lake, activities in and by the water is what you will enjoy most.

The house is professionally cleaned each week and will have a mid week “light” cleaning to make your stay more relaxing. Luxurious linens for all the beds can be provided for a flat rate of $150 per week. You will need to supply your own bath and swim towels, paper products such as plates, napkins & toilet paper. We have a trash compacter and garbage disposal for your convenience as well as mid week trash pick up, but the trash upon your day of departure will need to be taken to the Warren County faciltiy only 5 minutes away. The main house and guest house are fully air conditioned and most all of the rooms have ceiling fans.

The boat house is located on the lake with a gradual path down to the water. Besides having 2 large deck areas for swimming and sunning it has a set of steps that lead into shallower water for wading or swimming. There are 2 areas with dock bumpers to tie up your boats. A sitting area compliments this setting with full view of the water and swimming areas. Watch the kids play or enjoy a beautiful sunset at the end of the lake from the water. There is running water and electricity at the boat house for you convenience.

Cleaning Fee: $ 200.00 required after week or weekend rental.

Reservation & Damage Deposit: ½ the weekly Rental Fee plus $200 cleaning fee to reserve the property. Final payment to be made 30 days prior to check in date and the balance of the rent plus the $750 refundable damage deposit will be due in full.
