Watch the kids swim down at the dock from the house while under the shaded porch area or catch some rays on the top deck of the boat house occasionally dipping in the lake to cool off. Let the kids play behind the boat house in the shallow water while the big kids jump and dive off the dock. Relax away from the water behind the house in the rocking chairs or on the reading rock while watching the birds in the apple trees.
Enjoy a nice game of pool while watching TV or hanging out with friends and family at the wet bar. Socialize with gang while cooking on the oversize gourmet gas grill with side burner. Rents Weekly: Saturday to Saturday
Summer Season*: (May 28th - Sept 26)
$2,595 per week (Fri. to Fri., 7 nights)
$2,995 the week of July 4th (July 3rd – July 10th 2009)
* Cleaning fee of $175 to be added to the weekly or weekend rate.

Weekend / Holiday rentals & month to month off season available. Please contact for pricing.
Cleaning Fee: $ 175.00 required after week or weekend rental.
Reservation & Damage Deposit:Typically ½ the weekly Rental Fee plus the cleaning fee of $175. Final payment, due 30 days prior to check in, will be the balance of the rent plus the $500 refundable damage deposit will be due in full.
Logistics: Once the rental date is verified a simple rental form will be sent to you. You have 2 weeks from the date the form was prepared to sign and return it along with the deposit in order to hold your reservations. Damage deposit will be returned within 45 days after the home has been inspected after check-out and it is found in satisfactory condition.
