STRICT NO PETS - NO SMOKING INSIDE (smoker's oasis outside)

Cleaning Fee: $ 150.00 required after week or weekend rental.

Reservation & Damage Deposit: ½ the weekly Rental Fee plus $350 refundable damage deposit. 30 days prior to check in the balance of the rent will be due.

Logistics: Once the rental date is verified a simple rental form will be sent to you. You have 2 weeks from the date the form was prepared to sign and return it along with the deposit in order to hold your reservations. Damage deposit will be returned within 45 days after the home has been inspected after check-out and it is found in satisfactory condition.
