1. Where can I put my boat in? 

Here is a link to the Lake Gaston Guide page. It provides locations for all boat ramps and marinas on the lake.

2. What is your cancellation policy? 

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

3. Can I bring pets? 

Pets are strictly prohibited from all Lake Gaston Vacation Rental Properties. The only acception is made for service animals. Proper documentation verifying the animal's service status must be provided prior to your stay. 

4. Where can I rent a boat or jet ski?

5. Can I have an early check-in or late check-out? 

During peak season (Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend) we do not allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. All other seasons' requests are granted by management on an individual basis. Additional fees may apply. This is to ensure the cleaners have ample time to prepare the property for guests' stays.
