You'll enjoy a spacious central gathering area for eating, relaxing, watching TV, playing games or just taking a well-deserved nap. The Magnolia has water views from the top and bottom floor, 2 screened porches, the top deck and from 3 of its spacious suites! If you're an early riser and want to take in the sunrise with your morning coffee, you might find yourself relaxing in the sunrise porch. In the evening, relax with your favorite Chardonnay and watch the sunset  disappear below the horizon. Both the sunrise porch and sunset porch are just off the kitchen and main dining areas so they are easily accessible for serving snacks or beverages. 

In the lower level game room, enjoy pool, ping pong or a myriad of board games to personally re-engage with family and friends.  There's a courtesy bar and card table there as well for your enjoyment. Want to gather and watch a replay of the day’s events? Then head to the theatre room and project the good times on a bigger-than- life 90 inch high definition screen!

At the dock you can swim, kayak, fish or just recline and drink in a mile of lakefront as the sun sets. The choice is yours. Unlike many rentals, the water here is deeeep! You'll enjoy plunging off the dock or wake boarding with no fear of hitting bottom!

The Magnolia is situated in an upscale neighborhood that is very close to our local winery, a golf course, a small medical office and one of our most popular lakeside eateries, the Shady Shack.  

All of your linens are high quality to keep you sleeping comfortably on even the hottest days. You'll be provided with freshly laundered towels for bathing as part of your full linen  package which has been prepared in COVID-19 compliant sanitation conditions and safety sealed in a personalized airtight package from the linen facility.

The Magnolia's concierge team has been put together to assist you for a seamless trouble free and anxiety free vacation! We can assist you with pre-packaged coolers or refrigerators, setting up tee-times, arranging tastings at the local winery, getting the kids in wake board school or even shuttle service to and from a local restaurant (up to 15 people)! We are here to partner with you every step of the way for a truly wonderful Lake Gaston experience!

Linens/Towels

Linens Provided:  Linens are charged as a separate fee at checkout and will be available at the home, safety-sealed, at the foot of each bed.  
Towels Provided:   Each guest is provided bath towel and a washcloth as part of the linen package. Guests will find their bath towels folded on each bed. NOTE: We do not provide beach towels or dock towels!
 

Check In: 4pm | Check Out: 10am 
Arriving before check-in time or departing after check-out time without prior approval will result in a fee of $200.
**Early check-in and late check-out are usually available during the off season for a fee of $99 each. By purchasing these options you will be able to enter or exit the property at 1:00pm. 
***Early check-in and late check-out are often NOT available from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend***

No Pets 
With the execption of service animals, no pets are permitted at the property for any reason. 

No Smoking 
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. 

Cancellation Policy 
Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. All Cancellations minus a $50 administration fee.
