Bright, intimate cottage nestled on desirable Poplar Creek!   Step into a different world of space, nature and watersports, while also enjoying all the modern amenities. This happy getaway has three large bedrooms with a king master and queens in the two guest rooms.  One of the queen rooms is further up-fitted with a set of bunk beds for both smart and flexible sleeping arrangements. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and is stocked with everything that you will need for your stay.  Just off of the kitchen/living room is a bright four-season sunroom that overlooks the water--includes a futon bed for catching a nap or reading a book!  It's also a great place to hang out and play board games or cards!  Total accommodation is nine people.  

Step outside on the lakeside deck where you are all set to grill your favorite meals on the gas grill. Follow an enchanted winding path that leads to a fire pit by the water! The beautiful boat house has plenty of seating and includes kayaks, a paddle boat, hammocks, dining space, and more! The spacious yard area is perfect for group play or a rousing game of  cornhole! You are more than welcome to bring your own pontoon to tie off at the dock (the slip is occupied by the current owner's personal craft which is not for rent). If you are in need of a rental, we can recommend several boat rental companies in the area.  Water depth at the dock is 2-3 feet. This home is great for kayaking, floating or fishing, but not for jumping off the dock. There is a great sandy beach with a slide, a swimming pool, tennis courts and an 18-hole golf course in the community- all just a couple minutes away and available for a few dollars.

Other convenient locations: Rosemont Winery, Poplar Point Marina, Holly Grove Marina and the super sly Shady Shack Grill and Lakeside Bar! This little piece of heaven is just the right spot to relax and recharge!

Booking Notes:  
1. The kitchen sink has a proximity sensor.  The tap must be in the "on" position and then a wave of the hand under the arch of the dispenser tube will enable the flow of water.
2.  At checkout Airbnb combines the fees for cleaning, Covid compliant linens (packaging and delivery) and their administrative fees into the single line item of "Required Fees."
3. Some pictures indicate a satellite dish.  This house has internet streaming capability, but NO satellite dish service.  Please bring your own streaming devices, account info (Netflix, Prime, Disney +, Etc.) and accessories to utilize these services.

Linens/Towels

Linens Provided:  Linens are charged as a separate fee at checkout and will be available at the home, safety-sealed, at the foot of each bed.  
Towels Provided:   Each guest is provided one bath towel and a washcloth as part of the linen package. Guests will find their bath towels folded on each bed. Note: We do not provide beach towels or dock towels!
 

Check In: 4pm | Check Out: 10am 
Arriving before check-in time or departing after check-out time without prior approval will result in a fee of $200.
**Early check-in and late check-out are usually available during the off season for a fee of $99 each. By purchasing these options you will be able to enter or exit the property at 1:00pm.

No Large Events 
This home is intended to be used as a vacation spot for families or small groups. Any evidence of excessive use of the property will result in eviction. If you would like to hold a small birthday party, or small event at the property, please speak to management before booking and request approval. No events will be allowed that exceed the maximum capacity of the home. 

No Pets 
With the execption of service animals, no pets are permitted at the property for any reason. 

No Smoking 
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. 

Cancellation Policy 
Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. All Cancellations minus a $50 administration fee.
