This 5,000 sq ft home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, making it ideal for large families or multiple families vacationing together. The open-concept main living area is warm, welcoming, and perfect for gathering after a day on the lake.

Kids will love the dedicated bunkroom, featuring four sets of bunk beds—a cozy hangout space to watch movies, play video games, or dive into one of the 25+ board games provided. Parents will love having space for everyone to spread out while still being together.

Downstairs, adults can unwind in the stylish basement bar and lounge, complete with ample seating and a 75” smart TV—a great spot to relax while kids enjoy nearby entertainment.

Speaking of fun… The arcade room is a show-stopper and a favorite with families. Challenge each other to a game of pool, ping pong, Pop-A-Shot basketball, or shuffleboard on the 12 foot table. Retro arcade lovers can enjoy full-size machines including Pac-Man, Street Fighter, Golden Tee, The Simpsons, and the crowd-favorite Metallica pinball machine—fun for kids, teens, and nostalgic parents alike. The arcade is temperature controlled.

Outside, enjoy a private lakeside oasis. The expansive deck and screened porch offer plenty of seating for meals, games, or morning coffee with a view. The private dock is perfect for swimming, fishing, or relaxing by the water (approximate depth at the end of the dock is 4.5 feet). Families can explore the lake together using the 3 complimentary stand-up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, and canoe. End the evening with s’mores around the fire pit under the stars.

A few more tid-bits...  :)

1. We know what it's like to have dogs that are part of the family, so we welcome well-behaved, fully housebroken dogs (limit 2). All dogs must be supervised at all times or in a crate if home alone. Please respect our home by keeping the dogs off of the furniture, inside and outside.  It is the owner's responsibility to clean up any pet waste. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250.  No cats please. Trained service animals are welcome!  Otherwise, we have a strict "no pets" policy.  We can help arrange lodging for your pets (as long as they are up to date on shot records which must be provided) at a local boarding facility during your stay, if you'd like; just give us a call...way in advance, as they fill up fast!

2.  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

3.  Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.(make sure to bring your bumpers!).

4.  Culverts & Bridges:  Be sure to lower your Bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving!

5.  Security Camera Disclosure:  We take your privacy very seriously.  However, this home is monitored by exterior security cameras in the following locations: 

• Camera 1 is on the front of the house overseeing the front door and driveway.
• Camera 2 is on the back of the house overseeing the back yard.

Linens Provided:  Linens are charged as a separate fee and will be available at the home, safety-sealed, at the foot of each bed.  
Towels Provided:   Each guest is provided bath towel and a washcloth as part of the linen package. Guests will find their bath towels folded on each bed. NOTE: We do not provide beach towels or dock towels!

Arriving before check-in time or departing after check-out time without prior approval will result in a fee.
**Early check-in and late check-out are usually available during the off season for a fee. By purchasing these options you will be able to enter or exit the property at 1:00pm.

No Large Events or Parties
This home is intended to be used as a vacation spot for small groups ONLY. Any evidence of excessive or disrespectful use of the property will result in eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit. If you would like to hold a small birthday party, or small event at the property, please speak to management before booking and request approval. No events will be allowed that exceed the maximum capacity of the home.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. 

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. All Cancellations minus a $50 administration fee.
