Sleeping up to 14 guests, this home offers the ideal mix of comfort, relaxation, and fun, with everything you need for a wonderful stay right on the water.
Inside, guests will enjoy a very well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals, along with a cozy coffee bar to start your mornings before heading out for a day on the lake. The home also includes cable TV, making it easy to unwind after a full day of outdoor adventures.
Outside is where The M&M truly shines. Guests will love the expansive 60’ x 10’ Trex deck with plenty of seating and stunning lake views. The 48'x8' covered lakeside patio provides the perfect spot to relax in the shade, enjoy the fresh air, or fire up the gas grill for a cookout with family and friends. A hammock is also available for peaceful afternoons overlooking the water.
The waterfront experience is one of the best features of this property. The end of the dock offers 7 to 8 feet of deep water, making it ideal for swimming, fishing, and boating. Guests can also take advantage of the provided kayak to explore the shoreline and enjoy all that Lake Gaston has to offer. The dock has Large Sunny and shady seating areas.
Entertainment is available for all ages at The M&M, with a foosball table, corn hole, and a variety of games for kids, ensuring there is always something fun to do whether rain or shine.

Bathrooms: Bathrooms are stocked with courtesy hair dryers, travel-size soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use. Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.
Kitchen Items: Kitchen is stocked with 1 roll of paper towels, a couple trash bags for the kitchen trashcan, travel-size dish soap, a couple dishwasher pods. We do not provide condiments. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.
Linens Provided: Linens & towels are charged as a separate fee and will be available at the home, safety-sealed, at the foot of each bed. Each guest is provided bath towel and a washcloth as part of the linen package. Guests will find their bath towels folded on each bed. NOTE: We do not provide beach towels or dock towels!

Septic System: The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system. This system is a finely balanced biological system. Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
Please do not park inside fenced area this is the Septic Field.
Navigating the Lake: Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves. Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boat.(make sure to bring your bumpers!). Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts. Appearances can be deceiving!

Any evidence of excessive or disrespectful use of the property will result in eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit. If you would like to hold a small birthday party, or small event at the property, please speak to management before booking and request approval. No events will be allowed that exceed the maximum capacity of the home.

Owners have provided sand filled buckets for butts on front porch and rear patio. This is the only designated area to smoke on this property.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. All Cancellations minus a $50 administration fee.
